Multi-Stud Tyres
The "Multi-Stud" tyres have more nipples than any other 1/6 scale off-road tyre currently available, and so offer an alternative well worth adding to your tyre box.

The Multi-Stud tyres are available in "Red Spot" (hard 75-80 shore A), "Yellow Spot" (medium 70-75 shore A), and "White Spot" (soft 65-70 shore A) compounds. Continuing development and testing may include additional compounds being added to the range.

This unique new design from King Cobra Racing is a "KCR original" not a copy of any other 1/6 scale tyre. The Multi-Stud tyres are currently priced at £27.50 per pair. The UK prices include VAT and foam fillers, giving very good value for money.

Tractor Tyres
The second new tyre design in our Total Integrated Traction System is, like our first Multi-Stud tyre, an original design for 1/6 scale - no copies! This tyre design offers an alternative choice to the usual "nipples and studs" concept to be found on most of the other large scale buggy tyres. The tyre is ideally suited for steering on fast racing circuits, but also makes a good car park tyre all-round when practicing "on-road" with your buggy.

The tyres are available in three compounds, giving the best options package available from any large scale buggy tyre manufacturer. "Red Spot" is hard (75-80 shore A), "Yellow Spot" is medium (70-75 shore A), and "White Spot" is soft (65-70 shore A). They come packed in pairs, clearly marked with the colour code spot and a descriptive label giving the shore A hardness, and feature the King Cobra Racing name on both inside and outside tyre walls. The tyres are fabric reinforced like all the best tyres and come complete with foam fillers. A very well-fitting and distinctive quality tyre to add to your tyre box and use on your FG Marder/Beetle/Pajero/Leopard, etc. The standard size fitting also makes it suitable for all large scale buggies, using the "industry standard" FG size wheels. Step-Stud Tyres
The third original new 1/6 scale buggy tyre design is called the "Step-Stud" due to the size change from large to smaller diameter partway down its nipple length. The stud spacing has been specially arranged to give no "clear way" across the tread either from left to right or side to side. This gives maximum forward traction and maximum grip from side to side when cornering. The stepped studs will give a higher pressure point on the narrower tips than a wider nipple (more pounds per sqaure inch), but gain support against bending or twisting from their wider base.

The tyres are again available in Red, Yellow and White Spot codes, giving a good choice of compounds to choose from to suit any known off-road racing surface. When used in combination with any of the other TITS tyres (i.e. Multi-Stud or Tractor), it should be possible to tackle any off-road circuit with a great deal of confidence.

Rain Street Tyres
Buggy drivers have always bought "slick" tyres from us to fit onto their Marders and similar buggies for use on Tarmac car park, etc, as it saves destroying their off-road tyres. The problem reported to us over the last 17+ years has been the drivers would also like the tyres to look good, as well as work well! When asked what they would like, the reply was always a tyre that looked like a real road tyre, and not just a "boring" slick tyre. Green Twin Spoke & Dish Wheels
These two new original design wheels are probably the only totaly new designs available for the 1/6 buggy racer in the last 20 years! We call the first wheel the "Twin Spoke" as each spoke is a twin-leg style, and the second new design is the "Disc" - mainly becouse thats exactly what it looks like! Both designs are moulded in "Cobra Green" to really stand-out from the others when seen on the track, or even on the car park when practising with our new Rain Slicks!

The Twin Spoke is a really nice looker, heavilly reinforced on the inside, but still able to clear wheel mounted disc brakes of any current type. The Disc wheel is a direct result from drivers requests to make such a wheel available in 1/6 scale. The theory goes it will prevent so much weight building-up when racing in the muddy winter conditions - but most just fancy the shape! With or without the theory, it is a welcome breath of fresh air to the most popular area of our large scale car model sport, and it compliments the new twin spoke design very well.

We have used a well tested and very strong type of "plastic" to manufacture these wheels from, to make them "stiffer" than most other wheels, so their on track performance compliments their outstanding visual identity. The inner hubs are alloy ring reinforced to give extra strength against "rounding-out", and to reduce the unsprung weight. The Twin Spoke wheels weigh 175 grams each, whereas the Disc wheels are only 168 grams.

These superb new wheels are also very competetively priced at only £18.99 a pair, so when combined with any of the new King Cobra racing tyres they will reduce the price of replacing wheels and tyres considerably over the year.
